Meet Tobi! This adorable and playful pup is looking for his forever home.  He's a loving and loyal dog who is extremely affectionate and curious.  He loves to take rides and play with his foster fur-brothers.  He is a protective Velcro baby who will stick close to your side.  He is great with other dogs but would benefit from some obedience training, which he promises to listen to and learn quickly for a treat!  He is waiting patiently at his foster home for his perfect family!
